About the Circle Mountain Ranch Homes…

Martha Moyer Wagoner of Lennar Master Planned Communications said in an email interview that Lennar plans to build 125 homes in Circle Mountain Ranch and that sales are scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2017. Two NextGen plans, the Lewis and the Liberty, will be offered; five different Lennar home plans with square footage ranging from 1,800-2,900 sq. ft., will be available in this subdivision.

“The Lewis is a 1,939 square foot single-story home with five bedrooms, three baths. The Liberty is a 2,762 square foot two-story home with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths,” Moyer Wagoner noted.

Lennar’s NextGen homes are termed “the home within a home.” Each NextGen home offers a private suite, in addition to a typical family home. Each NextGen suite includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and great room, and some floor plans include garage space, as well.

“Part of the success of our innovative NextGen concept is that it allows families to share experiences and expenses. It also creates an environment of privacy, yet inclusion,” said Alan Jones, Lennar’s Arizona president, in an emailed statement from Lennar Communications representatives.
